Yes. A 10% deposit is required to accept a commission. It’s refundable if work has not started.
Typical lead time is about 8 weeks from commission acceptance, but it can vary based on parts availability and shipping times.
Absolutely. We can recommend parts based on your budget and goals (sound profile, feel, typing angle, and aesthetics), and we’ll confirm compatibility before ordering.
Yes—both. We can build hotswap or solder PCBs, and we can support wired or wireless configurations depending on the PCB and case.
Every build is assembled carefully and tuned for consistency. This typically includes stabilizer tuning and overall sound/feel refinement, plus configuration and testing before shipping.
Not at this time. We currently ship domestic only.

If you need to change something, reach out as soon as possible. Changes are easiest before parts are ordered or work begins; later changes may affect cost and timeline.
